WP Share privacy policy
Effective September 13, 2026. WP Share is provided by WP SHOPS.
Information used
WP Share stores the Shopify shop domain and authentication session needed to provide the app. Shopify may include account details in the authentication session. The app checks the shop’s subscription status through Shopify. Product titles, images, and URLs are read on the storefront to create share links.
Customer sharing
WP Share does not store shoppers’ share history or recipients and does not use advertising cookies. Clicking a sharing channel sends the selected product URL and title to that service. Pinterest also receives the product image URL. That service’s privacy policy applies. Copy link writes the product URL to your device clipboard.
Service providers
The app uses Shopify for authentication, billing and storefront delivery, and Railway for application hosting. These services may process technical connection information needed to operate their services. An app proxy may include a signed customer identifier; WP Share does not use or store it. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
App sessions are deleted when Shopify notifies us that the app has been uninstalled, and when Shopify sends a shop deletion request. No shopper records are retained by this app. Shopify billing records follow Shopify’s retention policies. Infrastructure logs and backups follow the hosting provider’s retention policies.
Your choices
Disable the theme embed to remove the button, or uninstall the app to revoke its access. For access or deletion requests, contact rushad.work@gmail.com.
